Blog about a Blog

I recently read through an interview conducted by Rebecca Blood, with Tiffany Brown about her blog Blackfeminism.org. It was very refreshing to hear her take on blogging as an African- American woman. Being that blogging has become more popular in recent years, I was happy to read that not only does Tiffany have one blog, but she actually runs 3 website blogs based around 3 different topics.

Tiffany talked about her website Blackfeminism.org and how she was able to build an online community simply through enabling comments. It's funny how even the smallest thing can turn something small and simple into a safe place for women to share their thoughts, opinions, and experiences with one another.

My favorite thing about Tiffany is her willingness to be vocal in her opinions being a black woman in the online world of blogging. She's not afraid to speak on issues that people don't talk about. She writes about what she wants without fear.
