Should Twitter be allowed to suspend accounts?

Recently, there have been pushes for President Trump's twitter to be suspended because he sometimes  says or references not so nice things. However, the problem is, people have been banned or suspended from Twitter for less. The real question is, should they be allowed to suspend your account over something you say? Many people believe that by doing so, Twitter is silencing or taking away your first amendment right which is free speech. Others argue that they are simply putting restrictions in place to create a safe online environment. What do you think?
